High purity titanium is high purity, low impurity content of titanium sheet, its purity ranges of 99.95-99.9995%, is widely used in sputtering targets (a sputtering deposition or thin film deposition technology to manufacture thin films of materials) industry, the semiconductor in its application (≥ 99.995%) the purity of the requirements of higher than the product surface display and solar energy.
